“ We were searching for some food at 3 pm, when all the French cafes have their kitchens closed, this one was only one working at this time so we even didn’t check the ratings. Despite of all the bad reviews we had different experience. Food was tasty and fresh, we took grilled calamari and bouridde de lotte (fish and potatoes in the special sauce). Really good for its price. Service was nice and quick :) ”

“ I see all the negative reviews here but found a different experience. Staff were friendly and waiter made sure I knew how I was ordering my steak cooked. Food tasty if simple, and appeared good value for Formule offers. €14.90 bavette type steak, salad, chips and dessert du jour (fruit salad/ Tarte aux pommes). Same offer for whitebait, with reassurance that no gluten involved for GF diner Drinks reasonable at €4 for glass of white, and €3.50 for small beer. Others may be correct that other places are better, but we had a very enjoyable lunch - thank you! ”

Also, not loud, especially compared to the chaos comming from other terraces. The brunette server was exceptionally humourous. Loved her!
